Tecruiting is an initiative undertaken by the promoters of Quintessence Consulting to make an impact on people, corporates, and society through its little might in the field of recruitment.

Quintessence Consulting, as the mentor of Tecruiting, already has about 15+ yrs of history in offering services on IT domestic recruitment; training and team building of resources on a home based model; and content writing. Having worked extensively in the field of recruitment, the promoters of Quintessence Consulting are now venturing into providing comprehensive training on recruiting and enabling recruiters across industries to thrive successfully in their chosen field. Our first endeavor in that regard is to cater to the US IT staffing industry through Tecruiting!

Geetha Rajagopalan (now Geeta Joshi), is from an administrative and recruiting background with a flair for content writing. When Quintessence Consulting was launched in 2001, Geeta used all of her experience in different areas and managed most part of the business with the support of Kamal Joshi who happens to be her partner in work and life too!

Kamal Joshi, having an entrepreneurial bent of time, envisioned an organization that would work towards changing people’s life in a positive and significant way and thus the birth of Quintessence Consulting. Having helped many people find their dream jobs, Quintessence Consulting which now is diversifying to equipping recruiters to do the same through our Tecruiting initiative is all an outcome of Kamal’s strong vision. Kamal, the man who envisioned Quintessence Consulting to be what it is now made Geeta its proprietor who is his partner in work and life too! Kamal & Geeta are now on a new journey to developing Tecruiting as a world class organization.
